JAMS collects specimens at many locations. Most of our specimen collection facilities are located within a 5 to 10 mile range of the donor's zip code address.

Every precaution is taken to maintain the integrity of the collection process. The donor is positively identified as the person who must undergo the test. Next, a precursory check is made to insure that the person to be tested does not introduce means to adulterate the urine specimen. This is done by insuring that no purses, coats, bags or briefcases are allowed inside the collection facility. Once the donor provides the specimen, it is checked for proper temperature and then processed. All JAMS employees follow proper chain of custody for any positive tests.

Our staff of trained DOT and non-DOT Certified technicians, who also undergo periodic alcohol and drug testing, is sensitive to any donor embarrassment that may arise out of the specimen collection process. Therefore, technicians employed by JAMS perform their duties with the highest degree of professionalism.
